the day i decided to make a veg cake :D

Hello everyone,

Since i am always the one running away from vegetables we have figured out a way of eating our daily doses of vegetables in a more delicious way. This carrot cake is perfect for breakfast or tea, with this little oil and no eggs this is one healthy way to eat the carrots.

How to make it????

  • Firstly preheat your oven at 200 degree celsious.
  • Then mix 1 cup of sugar, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1/2 cup oil and 1 cup milk in a bowl. make sure you Mix it till the sugar dissolves.
  • In another bowl mix 1 1/4 cup of  flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1tsp baking powder.
  • Combine both the mixtures and add 1 cup of grated carrots. mix well.
  • Bake it for 20-25 minutes.

chocolate fudge brownie with caramel sauce

Hello everyone,

Well the day began very early for me today. Well technically yesterday never ended for me. It is my moms birthday today and as everyone knows I m very very close to my mom so I just had to do something special. I have been planning since ages that I would bake the chocolate fudge brownie with caramel sauce but since I was not well I started baking at 9:30 for the 12 am surprise. Well better late then never I baked the cake and gave her a surprise at 12. This super easy recipe is soft,moist,easy to bake and so delicious. So if u are a chocoholic like me this is a must try recipe.

Well to make this chocolate fudge brownie firstly you need to preheat your oven at 350°F.
Then take one cup of melted butter and add 2cups of sugar in it and mix well.
In another bowl mix 4 eggs. Make sure you mix one egg at a time. Then add 1tbsp of vanilla extract to the eggs.
Add the butter and sugar mixture in the egg and stir until fluffy.
In a bowl mix 1cup of all purpose flour,half cup chopped walnut, 1/2 tsp salt and 1cup chocolate powder.
Slowly mix the dry ingredients with the liquid ingredients and mix well.
Bake it for 35 min.
For caramel sauce just take a non stick pan add one cup of sugar and let in melt in medium heat.
Decorate as you wish.
