Hello,
So this one over here is one of my favorite nepalese sweets Lakhamari. Sure its fried but who cares when it is something sweet right 😄
Lakhamari
Rice flour- 3 cup
Sugar- 1cup
Sesame seed (white)- 2tbsp
Black bean flour- 1/2 cup
Oil or ghee- 1/2 litre
Baking soda- 1 tsp
Water- 1cup
Firstly mix all the dried ingrediants in a bowl.(rice flour, black bean flour, baking soda, sesame seed)
Add water and make sure you create a thick batter ( like a pancake batter)
In a different pan add sugar and water and cook until a thick sugar syrup is made. ( ek taar ko chasni)
Now heat oil enough to deep fry the batter.
Pour the mix in your favorite shape. ( i usually pour the batter with a plastic cone like a jalebi)
Take out once it is dark brown and make sure you dip it in the sugar surup and take it out on a seperate tray. Let it rest.
Serve once cold!!!!!'www.instagram.com/food_love1st
