Vegetarian choyla :)

Hello Everyone,

I sometimes hear people saying they don’t like to try new things esp. new dishes. How can you not try new dishes when there is so much you can do with the food? I mean sure everything may not be according to our taste but telling no to food is a complete no. on that note here is my mom’s meal maker ko choyla recipe.

Hope you guys like it!

And yes if you guys like what I am writing please follow and let me know if there is any mistakes :)

Ingredients:

Meal maker (soaked in water) - 2 medium sized cups

Garlic (thin stripes) - 2tbsp

Garlic-ginger paste – 1tbsp

Salt – 1tbsp

Turmeric powder – ½ tsp

Garam masala – ½ tsp

Cumin powder – ½ tsp

Mustard oil – 1tbsp

Vegetable oil – 3tbsp

Tomato puree – ½ cup
Red chille powder - 1 tbsp

Procedure:

  • Firstly make sure the meal makers are soaked in water.
  • After the meal makers are soft squeeze the water out of it and cut it into halves.
  • Now fry the meal makers in the vegetable oil until golden brown.
  • Add salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala to the meal maker.
  •  Now take the fried meal maker on a bowl add the rest of the ingredients and mix it well. (I prefer doing it with hands).
  • Garnish the way you like and serve it.www.instagram.com/food_love1st
