Since i am always the one running away from vegetables we have figured out a way of eating our daily doses of vegetables in a more delicious way. This carrot cake is perfect for breakfast or tea, with this little oil and no eggs this is one healthy way to eat the carrots.

How to make it????
- Firstly preheat your oven at 200 degree celsious.
- Then mix 1 cup of sugar, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1/2 cup oil and 1 cup milk in a bowl. make sure you Mix it till the sugar dissolves.
- In another bowl mix 1 1/4 cup of flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1tsp baking powder.
- Combine both the mixtures and add 1 cup of grated carrots. mix well.
- Bake it for 20-25 minutes.
