Gajar ko halwa










Ingredients:


  • Grated carrot                 1 kg
  • Sugar Syrup                    ½ cup  
  • Cardamom powder        1 tsp
  • Pure ghee                       2 tbsp
  • Mixed Dry fruits             1 cup
  • Coconut Powder             1/2 cup 


                  
 Procedure:

  •    Firstly in a pan heat one spoon ghee with carrot and fry till it gets golden brown and then add the sugar syrup and cook for a while. (make sure you cook it in low heat)
  •  Fry the mixed dry fruits with one spoon ghee on another pan.

  •  When the carrot starts getting dried up add half of the dry fruits, coconut powder and cardamom powder and fry for 2-3 minutes.
