When you eat one certain dish too much you try to experiment with it. This is one such dish. i eat chicken at least 4 times a week, but if i could i would eat it every single day. So eating it the same way every single day is not an option. So i try to experiment with it as much as i can. This one here is my pan fried chicken leg.
Ingredients:
- 1 medium size chicken leg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon red chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon oil
Procedure:
- Take the chicken leg. Clean it.
- Add all the ingredients and marinate it well.
- Cover and leave the marinated chicken for 30 min-1 hour.
- Pan fry it. (10 min on each side) in medium flame.
